The application was deemed complete on <br />September 2, 2016. <br /> <br />If approved, TR-47 will reduce the permit boundary of the Southfield Mine to 1.15 acres. This small <br />area includes the only two remaining parcels after recent bond releases. These parcels are the road <br />to well MW-NW (and a spur off the road) and the area that used to include Substation #2 (and the <br />road to it). The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area <br />currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder, 615 Macon Avenue, Room B-5, <br />Cañon City, CO 81212 and at the Division’s Denver office.
