MANAGEMENT
By letter dated May 2, 2013, Bowie Resources LLC, (BRL) filed its coal exploration final reclamation
report for the referenced NOI. The letter noted that most of the access road to SS -9 had not been
reclaimed. Abandonment reports were provided for SS -2 and SS -5.
On May 13, 2013, DRMS did a field inspection. It was noted that SS -2 and SS -5 were just
reclaimed in the fall of 2012 and the vegetation had not been established. Based on the
inspection, the Division determined that all exploration activities associated with NOI CX -2005-
217-10 have been adequately reclaimed except SS -2, SS -5 and the access road to SS -9.
The access road to SS -9 has been reclaimed and the vegetation on SS -2 and SS -5 should be
established. Please schedule a field inspection to determine if the bond under the NOI can be
released.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
J. E. sieve r
J. E.
