MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated July 1, 2016 transmitted its second adequacy for the referenced minor <br />revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, following are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />1.(a.) The following discussion should satisfy the question in 1.(a.). <br />2.(b.) DRMS - The approved organizational chart for Bowie Resource Partners, LLC states that <br />Galena US Holdings, Inc. and Cedars Energy, LLC are the parent companies of Bowie <br />Resources, LLC. However, the AVS notes that Cedars Energy, LLC and Galena US <br />Holdings, Inc. are not the parent companies. The Ownership as of June 27, 2016 as <br />reflected in the AVS for Bowie Resources LLC is attached. Please provide information as <br />to the organizational hierarchy based on the proposed change in MR -187. Please note <br />these changes should reflect changes made across the entire organization. <br />BRL - The AVS organizational chart for Bowie Resource Partners, LLC is an expanded <br />version of the organizational chart contained in the permit. The individuals shown at <br />the top of the AVS chart (Steve Rickmeier, Gillian I Rickmeier, and Mark G. Rickmeier) <br />derive their ownership and control authority through their respective companies, not as <br />individuals. The companies at the top of the AVS chart (Rickmeier Advisors Inc., <br />Rickmeier Partners L.P., and Halas Energy, LLC) derive their ownership and control <br />
