Randall, Executive Director | Virginia Brannon, Director <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RE: NOI X-2005-217-10 <br /> Bond Release SL-2 <br /> Final Reclamation Report Review <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br /> <br />On August 30, 2016 the Division received the Final Reclamation Report for the Notice of Intent No. X - <br />2005-217-10. The report in in compliance and satisfies Rule 4.07.3(3). It is noted that all remaining <br />reclamation activities associated with the NOI have been completed. <br /> <br />Attached with the Final Reclamation Report is BRLs request for coal exploration bond release for NOI X- <br />2005-217-10. The Division currently holds a bond for this NOI in the amount of $73,685.00, with a <br />required liability of $10,041.00. <br /> <br />During a coal partial inspection of the Bowie No. 2 Mine on August 23, 2016, the Division inspected the <br />remaining reclamation of the road to SS-9 and the vegetation on the SS-5 site. The Division’s made the <br />determination that all reclamation has been completed and the NOI is eligible for full bond release.
