Based on the Division's inspection, the
road to SS -9 and the vegetation associated with SS -5 are ready for a release. In order for the Division to initiate the
bond release process, please submit a formal request for bond release either by mail or email and please submit a final
reclamation report associated with the road to SS -9. The Division currently has on file a final reclamation report which
states that the road to SS -9 was not reclaimed at the time of the SL -1 bond release request.
Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Thanks,
Jason
https://mail.googl e.com/m ai I/u/0/?ui=2&i k=e29129fcb5&view=pt&search= i nbox&th=156dbd7ecac49c76&si m l=156dbd7ecac49c76 1/3
