The inspection <br />was completed by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Graham <br />Roberts with Trapper Mine was present during the inspection. The weather was partly cloudy and warm and roads <br />were dry. All areas of the mine were accessible at the time of inspection. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> <br />Regrade and topsoil have been placed in former Z-pit. Ash cover verification holes were observed (photos of a few <br />examples below). 5ft of cover is required over the ash. All but two of the hole observed appeared to meet the <br />requirement. The holes that appeared to be shallow to ash were marked to be verified by the operator. <br />
