Methods of aleviating this <br />situation are under discussion with DRMS and other entities. The current plan under consideration comprises <br />dewatering these ponds using the slurry pipline as soon as possiboe. An application for a technical revision (TR) <br />is under discussion and pending. <br /> <br />Skies were clear, and temperatures reached the low 70◦F. Recent rains left the sumps and containments in need of <br />sediment clean out and much of this had been recently completed. <br /> <br />Soil, coal and refuse stock piles were observed as were ponds, ditches and culverts. <br /> <br />PERMITTING UPDATE: <br />Permit Renewal RN6: <br />Submitted in 2013 this RN is outstanding with a current decision date of 31 August 2016. Adequacy letters are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />ADQ # Adequacy from DRMS Response from NECC <br />Preliminary Oct 2013 <br />2nd Nov 2015 May 2016 <br />3rd February 2016 May 2016 <br />4th June 2016 June 2016 <br />5th 9August 2016 15 and 22 August2016 <br /> <br />Mid Term (MT 7) Review for 2016 <br />MT 7 is due from DRMS 28 August 2016 and was sent to the operator 25 August 2016 via e-mail. <br /> <br /> <br />
