Description of Amendment or Conversion: <br /> If you are amending or converting an existing operation,provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). <br /> Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. requests an amendment to permit number M-2001-022. Contingent upon <br /> approval of the Weld County USR Permit in effect over the site, Loveland Ready Mix would like to change the <br /> restored use of the site from agricultural and wildlife habitat. LRM would like the western portion of the site to <br /> continue to support the current concrete batch plant after mining is completed, with the remainder of the <br /> reclamation plan to remain unchanged. Loveland Ready Mix is requesting to continue the operation of the <br /> concrete batch plant and associated aggregate processing in perpetuity. Sand and gravel resources on the <br /> approved mine site are being depleted and LRM plans to continue importing sand and gravel from the <br /> Walters-Bokelman Pit in order to continue operations after the on-site gravel resources have been exhausted. <br />
