The Hillsborough Shares may be <br /> put to the Changed Uses, including augmentation, pursuant to this decree, the <br /> augmentation plan decreed herein, an amendment of the augmentation plan decreed herein, <br /> a subsequently decreed augmentation plan or pursuant to an approved substitute water <br /> supply plan. <br /> 6. Diversion and Delivery of Shares. Water shall continue to be diverted from the Big <br /> Thompson River at the Hillsborough Ditch river headgate. LRM shall continue to take <br /> delivery of water attributable to the Hillsborough Shares for the Changed Uses at the <br /> Walters and Bokelman Pits site at one or more farm headgates. LRM shall only take <br /> delivery of water attributable to the Hillsborough Shares at times when and in the same <br /> manner as shares are delivered by the Consolidated Hillsborough Ditch Company to other <br /> shareholders. The Hillsborough Shares put to the Changed Uses shall either be returned <br /> immediately to the Big Thompson River to maintain historical return flows or to augment <br /> the uses described at the Walters and Bokelman Pits site,the Green and Croissant Pits site <br /> or the Dunn site,be stored in lined gravel pits on the Walters and Bokelman Pits site, or be <br /> directly used at the Walters and Bokelman Pits site, and the Green and Croissant Pits site. <br /> The Hillsborough Shares may also be put to the originally decreed irrigation use under the <br /> Hillsborough Ditch. <br /> 6.1 Delivery of Shares for Augmentation and to Maintain Historical Return <br /> Flows. When water attributable to the Hillsborough Shares is delivered to the Big <br /> Thompson River to augment out of priority depletions and to maintain historical return <br /> flows, the Hillsborough Shares shall be delivered at the farm headgates and measured at <br /> the augmentation station(s) located or to be located at the Walters and Bokelman Pits site <br /> which will return water to the Big Thompson River in the NWI/,SEI/, Section 24, TSN, <br /> R68W, 6a' PM, Larimer County, Colorado or at any other structure approved by the <br /> Consolidated Hillsborough Ditch Company and the Division Engineer or Water <br /> Commissioner as long as deliveries are made upstream of the Big Thompson and Platte <br /> River Ditch and downstream of the Hill and Brush Ditch headgate. Water attributable to <br /> the Hillsborough Shares shall not be used to augment out of priority depletions pursuant to <br /> the plan for augmentation decreed herein until an augmentation station has been <br /> constructed. <br /> 6.2 Delivery of Shares for Other Changed Uses or Storage. When water <br /> attributable to the Hillsborough Shares is delivered for any other Changed Use decreed <br /> herein, deliveries shall be made at the Walters and Bokelman Pits site and then either <br /> directly used at the Walters and Bokelman Pits site and the Green and Croissant Pits site, <br /> or delivered into storage in the Walters Reservoir No. 1, Walters Reservoir No. 2 or <br />
