City of Longmont's consultants are assisting
with the Division's Exhibit C —Pre-Mining Map and Exhibit F-1 —Reclamation Plan Map
requirements. As of this date, we have not received the maps and therefore believe that it is
unlikely that a full adequacy review response can be submitted by the current decision date of
August 22, 2016.
We understand that the Division will also likely need additional time to review the adequacy
response items once submitted and we therefore request an extension of the decision date to
September 29, 2016.
Very truly yours,
?7, 6Z44;,
Connie N.
