The Board and the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety ("Division') have determined that <br /> it is necessary to verify the legal authority of the individual signing necessary documents. <br /> Accordingly,you mustprovide confirmation of the legal authority of the individual signing all ePermitting <br /> documents to the Division.
