PEAK VIEW GRAVEL PIT HUER1yANO COUNTY GOVERNMENT PERMIT STATUS REGARDING TEMPORARY CESSATION 34-32.5-103. In an attempt to comply with the above referenced portions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials("Act")and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials ("Rulees'). The applipant/operator states for the record that this operation may cease production of mining operations for one hundred eighty(180) days or more from time to time. This operation is not a commercial operation but rather a Colorado County Gravel Pit(Huerfano County); they use the product to maintain regional county roads. This operation will be mined intermittently depending upon the requirements of the road maintenance scheduled by the Huerfano Board of County Commissioners and the Huerfano Roads and Bridge Department The operators understands that to maintain their IS and/or TC standing, they must report ttjeir status to the Board through their Annual Reports. The operator will abide by the required rules as stated in the Colorado land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials ("' cr) and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land reclamation Board for tie Extraction;of Construction Materials("Rules").
