The Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />for the above CDPS permit was received by the Division on August 24, 2016 via e-mail. The cover letter <br />for each of the reports were addressed to Eric Mink with the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment with the Water Quality Control Division. <br /> <br />2Q; CO-0036684: According to the report, no exceedances were noted. <br /> <br />2Q; COG-850051: According to the report, no exceedances were noted. <br /> <br />2Q; COG-850054: According to the report, no exceedances were noted. <br /> <br />2Q and June; CO-0027154: According to the report, outfalls 003A (Pond B), 005A/MON5 (Pond D), <br />006A (Pond E) and 007A/MON7 flowed during the month of June. One exceedance of the effluent <br />limitations was noted for Outfall 007A for total suspended solids.
