We're not clear on the reason for this anomaly, as we have not had a TSS exceedance <br />at this site in at least 16 years. The exceedance occurred in the last sample collected the week before it stopped discharging. <br />It has not discharged since, and historically we do not anticipate it flowing again until the spring of 2017. <br />Please call me directly: (970) 870-2750 with any questions. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Brian A.
