There were no <br />signs of erosion or water flow on the area. The south bank of the pond area along Coal Gulch was also stable <br />(photo 3). <br /> <br />The reclaimed road by the North Portal area was stable (photo 4). There were no signs of erosion and the <br />vegetation looked good. <br /> <br />The former pond area 13 appeared to be stable (photo 5). There were no signs of erosion. <br /> <br />The former CBA#1 sump area appeared to be stable and the vegetation is well established. <br /> <br />The vegetation on top of the CDRA 1 looked good (photo 6). It is well established and there are no signs of <br />erosion. <br /> <br />The vegetation on the conveyor corridor is dense with shrubs and looks really good. There were no signs of <br />erosion. <br /> <br />Substations A and B had good vegetation and there were no signs of erosion. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> Disturbance boundary markers were in place at pond 11, 6, 10, 13, North Portal reclaimed road, <br />substations A & B, the CDRA #1 and conveyor corridor. <br /> <br />Mine permit signs were visible along the Coal Creek Road. A mine entrance sign was in place on the North <br />Decline Road. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
