Vince Massarotti was present throughout the inspection. Skies were clear, and
temperatures reached the mid 60F. Recent rains had left erosional features, with sumps and ponds holding water.
Identified maintenance items should be repaired as soon as possible. Ponds 9 and 9A, fills 7, 8, and 9; culverts,
and ditches D4, D10 as well as the shrub plot and The Knob were inspected.
Consider releasing the basin area for pond 5, approximately 5 acres, as this area receives runoff only from
undisturbed areas.
MAINTENANCE ITEMS Outstanding from July 2016
1. Severed culvert (C1), photo 1.
2. Culverts C6 and C7 require clearing.
3. Gully at Pond 9, photo 3.
4. Please remove from disturbed areas noxious weeds: Elaeagnus angustifoilia, (Russian olive) and Tamarix
Spp. (salt cedar), as soon as possible.
5. Map features missing or incorrectly shown on Map 2.05.3.7 Culverts and Ditches:
a) Unbuilt Fill 6
b) Road to pond 6
c) Ditches and check dams above Pond 6 shown incorrectly
d) Culvert C5 shown incorrectly
e) Culvert between C4 and C5 on road between Fills 9 and 7
f) Culvert above pond 5 near disturbance boundary between knob and pond 5.

INSPECTION:
SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02
o Disturbed area boundary markers observed were intact and appeared properly placed.
