At this time, CPW does not anticipate this action <br />will directly affect wildlife species associated with the Colowyo Mine. Moreover, CPW does <br />not recommend any additional site-specific mitigation for the proposed topsoil handling plan <br />update. <br />CPW appreciates the opportunity to provide comments for the Colowyo Coal Mine topsoil <br />handling plan update (MR -156).
