DCP midstream owns <br /> structures within 200 feet of the mining area that was permitted in 2000. DCP signed a Damage Reimbursement Agreement with <br /> the former permittee,Platte Sand&Gravel,in 2008. Regulations of the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety require that <br /> Scout Investments,LLC obtain a ratification of that previous agreement as part of the documentation contained in its application <br /> for succession of operatorship.
