Hope things are going well with you. <br />I'm working with Christine Belka on the Annual Oversight Report. This is basically the Coal Program's "report card" from <br />OSM. One of the things that Christine and I put in the Oversight Report is the information provided by operators to us in <br />their Annual Reclamation Reports. <br />I've reviewed the one-page DRMS form that Moffat County Mining, LLC provided for the Williams Fork Mine for Calendar <br />Year 2015. Everything on the form looks good, with one exception. <br />There are 2 tables on the form. The second table is the "Acres seeded" table. In the column entitled "10 years or less", <br />the value of 29.7 acres is reported. I don't know if you're aware, but these 29.7 acres are composed of 3.2 acres that <br />were seeded in 2004 (according to the 2004 ARR form), 9.4 acres seeded in 2008 (2008 ARR form), and 17.1 acres <br />seeded in 2009 (2009 ARR form). <br />The 3.2 acres that were seeded in 2004 have now been seeded for more than 10 years. Therefore, the 29.7 -acre value <br />in the "10 years or less" column should be reduced by 3.2 acres, down to 26.5 acres. Consequently, the "Greater than <br />10 years" column immediately to the right column should be increased by 3.2 years, from 258.8 acres to 262.0 acres. <br />Please submit a revised DRMS ARR form for Calendar Year 2015 with this one adjustment. <br />Thanks, <br />Dan <br />Daniel I.
