Pond 002 south and north ditches were free <br />and clear of obstructions. The primary and emergency spillways were free and clear of obstructions. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine entrance signs were in place at all mine entrances (photo 5). Permit boundary markers were in place <br />around the mine perimeter, along the south road and along the road to NH1 Pond. <br /> <br />Topsoil signs were in place for the 4 topsoil piles. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The ring ditch around the pond 2 topsoil pile is in place and the low point drains have straw wattles in <br />place (photo 6). The topsoil pile vegetation is sprouting but is still sparse in areas.
