MR -136: Minor Revision No. 136 was submitted on December 12, 2014. MR -136 was considered <br />complete on December 15, 2014, and was approved / issued on December 15, 2014. The Minor <br />Revision changed the design of Prospect Pond, the dewatering gate valve was sealed due to a leak. <br />MR -137: Minor Revision No. 137 was submitted on January 5, 2015. MR -137 was considered <br />complete on January 12, 2015, and was approved / issued on February 12, 2015. The minor <br />revision revised the Reclamation Cost Estimate in the PAP per RN -06 and TR -99. <br />MR -138: Minor Revision No. 138 was submitted on January 6, 2015. MR -138 was considered <br />complete on January 12, 2015, and was approved / issued on February 20, 2015. The minor <br />revision updated information regarding ownership and control of the Colowyo Mine. This was <br />done to meet the requirements of Rule 2.03.4, Identification of Interests. <br />MR -139: Minor Revision No. 139 was submitted on January 9, 2015. MR -139 was considered <br />complete on January 14, 2015, and was approved / issued on February 19, 2015. The minor <br />revision proposed changes to Map 28 — Topsoil Handling South Area to correct topsoil <br />replacement locations. There were no proposed changes to the mine's permitted, disturbed or <br />affected acreages. <br />MR -140: Minor Revision No. 140 was submitted on February 25, 2015. MR -140 was considered <br />complete on March 3, 2015, and was approved / issued on August 17, 2015. The minor revision <br />revised the as -built for the Work Area Pond to reflect the reconstruction of the primary spillway <br />and the removal of the dewatering valve. <br />MR 141: Minor Revision No. 141 was submitted on May 4, 2015. MR -141 was considered <br />complete on May 14, 2015, and was approved / issued on September 25, 2015. The minor revision <br />updated Exhibit 23A to include in -pit drilling locations. <br />MR -142: Minor Revision No. 142 was submitted on May 15, 2015. MR -142 was considered <br />complete on May 26, 2015, and was approved / issued on June 4, 2015. The minor revision <br />proposed two new substation locations and two new topsoil windrow locations. <br />MR -143: Minor Revision No. 143 was submitted on August 12, 2015. MR -143 was considered <br />complete on August 14, 2015, and was approved / issued on August 24, 2015. The minor revision <br />proposed a geotechnical drilling program related to the Collom haul road. <br />MR -144: Minor Revision No. 144 was submitted on September 14, 2015. MR -144 was considered <br />complete on September 15, 2015, and was approved / issued on September 15, 2015.
