In order to provide complete
answers to the questionnaire, I used separate sheets where I repeated the questions
and provided the responses for the Colorado Springs Mineralogical Society. I hope that
this meets with your approval and makes your job of review easier.
I have included two documents to support the information provided in our response to
the questionnaire. They are: a copy of the "Notice of Intent for Mining Activities" dated
May 20, 2016 filed with the South Park Ranger District of the US Forest Service, and a
copy of the amended Location Certificate for the April Fool's Claim, CMC 264721
posted by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on September 22, 2010. To date we
have met the BLM requirements for continued possession of the claim.
Since you are concerned about mining activities, we are informing you that a party has
filed a claim with BLM, that overlays our claim. We will be notifying that party in writing
of their action and copying your office. We cannot be responsible for any action they
might take on our claim in pursuing mining activities on their claim.
Thank you for consideration our documents in pursuit of a permit for the April Fool's
Claim, CMC # 264721.
