<br />allowed by law, together with 300 feet on the West side, and
<br />300 feet on the East side of the middle of said vein, at the surface, so far
<br />as can be determined from present developments, and all veins, pegmatites, lodes, ledges or deposits, and
<br />surface ground within the lines of said claim, 750 feet running North
<br />from the point of discovery monument and 750 feet running South
<br />from the point of discovery monument; said discovery monument being situated upon said lode, vein, ledge,
<br />pegmatite, or deposit, and within the lines of said claim, in the Crystal Peak_ Mining District,
<br />County of Teller State of Colorado described by metes and bounds as follows,

<br />Beginning at Comer No. 1, of theAl". a/s mining lode claim; proceed on a heading of 270°
<br />W along the northerly border line, for a distance of 600 feet to a post set as the NW comer, No. 2; thence,
<br />southerly, heading 180° for 750 feet to a post set as the west center side, No. 3; thence continue for 750' to a
<br />post set as SW corner, No. 4; thence, easterly, heading 90° E for 600 feet to a post set as the SE corner, No. 5;
<br />thence, northerly, heading 0° N for 750' to the east center. side, No. 6; thence continuing for 750 feet to a post
<br />set as NE corner, No. 1, being the point of beginning. SECTION TIE: Beginning at corner No. 1, proceed on
<br />a heading of 22.7° NE for 2,361 feet to a brass -capped government section comer marker for Sections 2 and
<br />3, TWP 12 S, RNG 71 W, of the 60 P.M. The easterly border of said claim coincides with the westerly
<br />border of the Two Point Lode.
