EXHIBIT G <br /> Rule 6.3.7 <br /> Source of Legal Right-to-Enter <br /> The Applicant holds legal title to the land on which the permitted site is situated. As owner of the <br /> land, Applicant has the right to enter and mine on the land. The Applicant also owns the private <br /> access road that intersects with Jackson County Road 53 and is depicted on the survey attached <br /> to Exhibit A. Access to the site is not prevented by any encumbrances. <br /> As proof of Applicant's legal title to the land,Applicant submits as Exhibit G-1 an email and <br /> copy of a Jackson County Tax Receipt received by counsel for Applicant,Austin Rueschhoff of <br /> Holsinger Law, LLC, from Jackson County Treasurer and Public Trustee Letitia D. Willcox. The <br /> tax receipt shows Van Valkenburg Cattle Co., LLC as the owner of the west half and north half <br /> of the northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 81 West of the 6t' Principal <br /> Meridian. The tax receipt was provided to Applicant as a"screen-print"from the electronic <br /> Jackson County property tax system.
