These are with regard to placement of a copy of <br /> the plan at the Clerk and Recorder, the posting of the property, the publication of the public notice, and the <br /> mailings to adjacent landowners. <br /> 1. Placement at Clerk and Recorder: The original receipt and one copy of the placement on July 26, 2016. <br /> 2. Publication: Copy of the Public Notice provided to the Fountain Valley News and first published on <br /> August 3, 2016. <br /> 3. Adjacent Landowner Notices: The format for the letter included with each mailing is included. Copies of <br /> the original letters can be provided if you want copies of those. Also included with those mailings was a copy <br /> of Exhibit B from the permit document. <br /> 4. Posting the Property: The signed certification of posting which was done on August 1, 2016. I also have <br /> pictures taken on August 3, 2016 if you want copies of those. <br /> 5. Return receipts: I have now received all four of the return receipts and copies of those along with the <br /> original certified mail receipt are included. <br /> As for the proof of publication that will need to be provided after the publication period is over.
