The application was deemed complete on <br />August 12, 2016. <br /> <br />MR-157 proposes an update to the Exhibit 5, Item 3 - Cultural Resource Protection Plan for the <br />Collom Mine Expansion, specifically the Culture Resources Baseline Project Plan. The applicant is <br />not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder, 221 W Victory Way, Craig, CO <br />81625 and at the Division’s Denver office.
