This <br /> Compliance Order on Consent and Settlement Agreement was executed between the Division <br /> and MineWater Finance LLC, London Mine Limited Liability Company, Prairie Center <br /> Metropolitan District No. 9, THE Prairie Center Development, LLC, the Estate of Benjamin Lee <br /> Wright, Jr., and Dr. Jude Meyer, individually and as personal representative of the Estate. <br /> Among others, this agreement resolves violations of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act <br /> ("Act") and violations of CDPS Permit No. C00038334, facilitates the sale of the London Mine <br /> property, and establishes a framework to achieve compliance with the Act.
