time but may be appropriate if another similar facility is planned and <br />submitted to DRMS for permitting approval. <br />#17 The Table of Contents has been revised and was submitted to DRMS <br />on May 18, 2016. New copies are provided with this response. <br />#22 Culvert C-5 is a 60" Diameter culvert. Most likely the 12" listing was <br />a typographical error. Culvert C-78 was removed when that area was <br />reclaimed in 2005 and Phase I bond released. Table 21 has been revised to <br />address these issues and is included with this submittal. <br />Maps 13 and 14 have been revised to address on the ground issues identified <br />by DRMS personnel during monthly inspections and then included as <br />adequacy issues. These maps will be submitted separately as soon as our <br />Professional Engineer has completed his review. <br />I believe the above responses now address all outstanding issues with the RN - <br />6 adequacy review. Three paper copies of the attached documents will be <br />sent out today.
