The insurance certificate covers the time period from August 1, 2016 <br />through August 1, 2017. The certificate lists the insured as Peabody Energy Corporation and <br />Subsidiaries. The certificate lists the description of the operations as the "Yoast Mine" and <br />includes Seneca Property, LLC as an insured. The Division finds the submitted Certificate of <br />Liability Insurance acceptable.
