Each adequacy review issue below is listed under the Rule and Section of the <br />Permit in which they pertain. Please address the following issues: <br />Table of Contents <br />1. Please update proposed revised page xii to indicate that Exhibit 49EE also contains the designs <br />for the 9 -East Utility Borehole (MR296). <br />Fxbibit 49FE <br />2. The Final Design Drawing Package submitted as Appendix C and Appendix I to proposed Exhibit <br />49EE, contains many designs drawings that are often too small to read. Please submit legible <br />copies of the design drawings for the hard copy of the permit. <br />3. Figures 4-6 and 4-7 of proposed Exhibit 49EE are difficult to read. Please submit a revised page <br />with legible figures for the hard copy of the permit. <br />Rule 2.05.3 <br />4. Per Rule 2.05.3(4)(a)(ii) and Rule 4.05.6(3)(b), please describe how frequently the sediments <br />collected in the passive water treatment cells will be cleaned out. Please describe where the <br />sediments will be disposed of. This information would be appropriately placed on proposed <br />revised page 2.05-84.5. <br />5. Page 2.05-45.28 to 45.29, indicates that once discharge operations cease the man-made discharge <br />structures will be removed and modification of the cell embankments will be made to provide <br />flow-through with the cells and associated ponded areas and wetlands remaining.
