Weld County,Colorado <br /> PROJECT No.B 1400202 <br /> "Nr�o, Book 1 - Contract <br /> Contractor shall not be entitled to an increase in the Contract Price or an extension of the <br /> Completion Deadlines in connection with errors, omissions, inconsistencies or other defects <br /> related to modifications of the Contract Drawings/ROW Plans as the result of Approved ATCs. <br /> If it is necessary to modify the Basic Configuration, the Contract Drawings/ROW Plans in order <br /> to correct an error, omission, inconsistency or other defect therein, and such modification <br /> decreases the cost and/or time to perform the Work, the Contract Price and/or Completion <br /> Deadlines shall be decreased accordingly. Any such change described in this Section 2.4.3, as <br /> Approved under Section 2.4.2, shall be referred to herein as a "Necessary Design Change" (with <br /> the understanding that a change shall be deemed "necessary" only if the error, omission, <br /> inconsistency or other defect creates a problem which cannot reasonably be corrected without a <br /> change in the Basic Configuration, the Contract Drawings/ROW Plans, as appropriate). <br /> 2.5 Design Documents <br /> The Contractor shall furnish the Design Documents to the County and shall obtain the County's <br /> Acceptance of the Final Design Documents as specified in Book 2, Section 3 —Quality <br /> Management. The Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Final Design <br /> Documents. The Final Design Documents may be changed only with the County's Approval of <br /> Field Design Change Documents or through County-Directed Changes. Such Approval(s) shall <br /> be timely considered and shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> 21 <br />
