Technical Memorandum <br /> Phase 2 Sediment Pond Jurisdictional Dam Evaluation ■ <br /> NewFields Job No.475.0106.006 <br /> August 8,2016 <br /> 1.0 CONCERNS FROM REGULATORS <br /> During a monthly inspection completed by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> (DRMS), Mr. Cazier stated the following in the July 2015 Minerals Program Inspection Report: <br /> "Stormwater Channel Inspection: Mr. Ron DiDonato accompanied the Division and Ms. Trippel <br /> on inspections for the Phase I and II stormwater diversion channels in the SGVLF area." "The <br /> Phase II sediment Pond was dry (see Photo 10) and appeared to be deeper than 10 feet from <br /> the bottom of the spillway to the invert of the north end of the pond.
