3. Teller County understands that it will take CC&V approximately four(4)weeks to install the <br /> temporary system with an expected completion date of the end of August once approved. The <br /> temporary fresh water source will originate at the Altman Pump station and be conveyed <br /> through the existing Bull Hill 1%inch line,through a series of pipes varying from 10 inch to 8 <br /> inch lines finally arriving through gravity flow back to the HGM. <br /> 4. It is also understood that no additional burden will be placed on Teller County from this <br /> proposal. There is no increase in disturbance,all proposed facilities are within CC&V owned <br /> property and inside the Amendment 10 Boundary,there is no additional lighting associated with <br /> this proposal, no impact to adjacent or adjoining properties,and that there will be no increase <br /> or change to the warranty estimate due to the temporary nature of this pipeline system. <br /> 5. Finally, it is understood that a more permanent solution is proposed for the middle of November <br /> in order to minimize freezing concerns. Teller County anticipates that a Technical Revision will <br /> be forthcoming for review for the permanent solution proposal. <br /> 6. Reclamation methods proposed are consistent with past practices and are consistent with the <br /> goals and objectives of the Teller County Growth Management Plan and the CCMOD underlying <br /> zone district. <br /> 7.
