Duran & <br /> Pearce Contractors received a letter on March 4th, 2016 from the Division after the preliminary review. <br /> Duran & Pearce Contractors has since been notified by Phillip Courntey, Solid Minerals Leasing Manager <br /> for the State of Colorado Land. It was brought to our attention that Duran & Pearce Contractors does <br /> not own the subsurface rights and we are now in the process of negotiating a Lease Agreement and <br /> Terms with the the State.
