Pram: Krid Craig Fox (719) 645.0255 Ta- Far: +1 130318328106 Page 3 at 3 08104r2016 9.21 Alin <br />In December of 2015 a 25 -member working group of farmers, community leaders, <br />government and non-profit agencies was formed to address the future of the <br />Bessemer Ditch and the farmland it irrigates. Numerous strategies and plans have <br />been set in motion by this group, prominently including an agricultural. landscape <br />analysis for the County. This analysis has been fully funded and will be initiated later <br />this summer by the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and the Palmer Land Trust. The <br />results of the study will be available for forming agricultural conservation and <br />economic development strategies and informing planning and zoning priorities and <br />regulations.
