As a result of our review, we have <br />identified a deficiency in the signed Agreement that will need to be resolved before an <br />ePermitting account can be created for your company. <br /> <br />The signed Agreement provided by Fremont County included the required list of permits for <br />which ePermitting will be conducted. There was one permit listed (M200159) that, according to <br />our records, is not a Fremont County held permit. Our records indicate that M200059 should be <br />included in your list instead of M2005159. Please review your records and amend the Permit <br />Number list as necessary. I have attached a blank Agreement for your use. <br /> <br />You need not send the signature page again; a revised list of permits will suffice. Once we have <br />received the revised list we will activate your ePermitting account.
