New Horizon Mine <br />not be detrimental to livestock grazing should the surface landowner decide to graze the dryland <br />pasture areas. <br />3. Permanent Features and Structures <br />Several structures will be remain as permanent features in the post -mine surface at the request of <br />the surface land owners. These structures will include Pond 007, Pond 008, and a supporting <br />access road and support facilities. The access road and support facilities will support the post - <br />mine land use for the larger reclamation parcels adjacent to the access road and support facilities <br />areas. <br />Attachment 2.05.3(3)-16 includes documentation for the retention of Pond 007. <br />Attachment 2.05.3(3)-19 includes documentation for retention of Pond 008. <br />As shown on Map 2.05.4-5 and discussed in Section 2.05.4(2)(e), 16.8 acres of adjacent support <br />facilities (reclaimed topsoil stock pile footprints) and an access road will remain as permanent <br />structures to support the post -mine land use. <br />D. Surface and Groundwater Impact Analysis <br />The areas included in this Phase III Bond Release Application have been shown to meet the <br />Phase III criteria as set forth by the "Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond Release <br />Issues ", issued April 18, 1995.
