The application was deemed complete on <br />July 28, 2016. <br /> <br />Under the SL-10 application, Colowyo is applying for Phase III bond release on 202.4 acres in the <br />West and East Pits. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder, 500 Main Street, Meeker, CO <br />81641; Moffat County Clerk and Recorder, 221 W Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625 and at the <br />Division’s Denver office.
