With that in mind, I'm checking with <br /> you as to your availability. <br /> Currently the dates under consideration are the week of 11 July 2016 as this corresponds to the week year nine <br /> vegetation sampling occurred in 2015. Sampling near the same time as the previous year helps maintain data and <br /> climate consistency. However, I know that you may be in the midst of haying or other time sensitive activities. <br /> Please let me know at your earliest convenience (either by phone or e-mail), if you would be available anytime during the <br /> week of 11 July and particularly Wednesday, 12 July for a bond release inspection.
