Hello Mr. Gilbreath,
The Division received Technical Revision No. 74 on July 7, 2016. Upon review, the application was deemed incomplete
at this time. Please see the attached notification letter. Normally our permit system would automatically generate this
letter but there is currently a problem with the system. Also the Division specialist, Brock Bowls, who is the normal
Division contact for the New Horizon Mine is out of town at the moment and I was requested to conduct the initial
completeness review of the application. I will be out of the office tomorrow but I will be back Monday as will Brock
Bowls I believe.
