Hi Louis. Hope things are going well.
Pardon me if either Robin Reilley or Rob Zuber has already mentioned this to you, but we have a Proposed Decision
Due Date of tomorrow (7/22/16) for Technical Revision TR19 to the Lorencito Canyon Permit. We sent the attached
Preliminary Adequacy Review Letter to NECC on June 16th, 2016, and I don't believe we've received a response.
Would you mind, therefore, submitting a request to me (since Robin is out of the office) today or tomorrow to extend
the Proposed Decision Due Date for TR19 to August 22nd, 2016 (or to a later date, if that is better for NECC)?
