As noted in a partial inspection report on August 13, 2015, a <br />technical revision is expect relevant to this bond release application to revise the reclamation standards and update <br />sampling methods from what is currently approved. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Topsoil marker was missing at the topsoil pile next to the #9 landfill area and a topsoil marker was missing at the <br />large pile near pond 9A-P2 (in the Williams Fork Strip pit area). <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4 <br />Topsoil piles observed appeared stable and well vegetated, not problems were notes beyond a few markers that <br />need to be replaces, as noted above. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
