Spoil spring, discharge point SP1, was flowing. Ditch 5-08 in the Shop <br />and Warehouse Area was holding water. Culvert 63 in Ditch 5-08 was not clogged and functioning, amount of <br />sediment in the culvert was not visible under the water. Ditch 9-08 was clear and dry the flume at discharge point <br />9P3 appeared to be in good condition. <br /> <br /> <br />Spoil spring SP1, was discharging.
