If, while completing this report,you learn that your site is not in compliance with the rules and the <br /> act, it is advisable that the issues be rectified promptly to avoid possible enforcement action. <br /> SUMMARY NARRATIVE: While the OMLR permit NNas approNed 17 July 201 1. Operations did not commence until <br /> apx. Februar-N 2012: opening extraction in Tract B. while clearing the effects of the pre\ions ox\ner in Tract A.to male <br /> the ground suitable for establishment of plant site operations and related product stockpiles. All lands contained \ 11in <br /> the extraction limits of Tracts A. B. C. & D. are present]\ affected. Soils salvaged from both locations are stockpiled <br /> along the most southern extent of Tract A. Early in 2013. extraction moped into Tract C. and by late 201.3 into Tract D. <br /> Dry, plant operations are active in Tract A. NNhile materials requiring\\et plant operations are nearing startup after <br /> inclusion in this Nears Amendment to the operation. ?Materials also continue to be taken yia internal access roads to the <br /> adjacent Durham operation \t-19-8-0-�6 for processing a�, needed. Reclamation of Tract B \\ill adNance in 2016-17 as <br /> consistent «ith the 2016 ONII.R :amendment appro�al proN iding for the lining of completed basins. Resoiling of the <br /> perimeter of Tract B (apx. 2.0± acres) is complete. and reseeding actin ities x�ill manifest into fall and spring of 2016-17. <br /> 1.
