Stover & Associates <br />2352 N. 7' Street, Ste B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: Fruita Loadout, Permit C-2010-088 <br />Permit Term <br />Mr. Stover, <br />It has come to the Division's attention that construction of surface coal mining and/or reclamation <br />operations at the Fruita Loadout has not commenced. As per Rule 2.01.5(2)(a), a permit shall <br />terminate if the permittee has not commenced the surface coal mining and reclamation operations <br />covered by the permit within three years of the date of the issuance of the permit. The Fruita <br />Loadout was issued on March 6, 2012. <br />The Division respectfully requests an update on the progression of construction of surface coal <br />mining or reclamation operations that is approved for the Fruita Loadout.
