The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on July 26, 2016, a minor revision application (MR-188) to the
Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, Paonia,
CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Minor Revision No. 188 requests a change
in the requiremnet date to replace the damaged monitoring well DH-15. A replacement deadline date of
July 31, 2016 requests to be revised to a date of October 31, 2016. The applicant is not proposing
additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and
comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of
filing.
