Containers not suitable for <br /> future use shall be disposed of at an appropriate waste facility and receipts shall <br /> be retained. <br /> 3) Identify, label and relocation of drums <br /> -Drums located in the secondary containment area shall be removed. Drums <br /> containing identifiable products that are suitable for future use shall be labeled <br /> and relocated to the inside of the Water Treatment Building. Liquids to be <br /> disposed of shall be placed into the "Used Oil" drum. <br /> 4) Spill prevention <br /> - Suitable oil absorbent pads shall be located at areas where adjacent activity may <br /> affect soil or liquids. These pads shall be disposed of with the oil affected solids. <br /> 5) Contaminated soils surrounding secondary containment. <br /> - One or more drums shall be labeled"Used Oil & Soil"and shall be designated <br /> to receive any and all non-liquid materials for disposal. Soils and solids <br /> contaminated by oil shall be excavated(by hand methods) and placed into labeled <br /> "Used Oil & Soil"container. <br /> 6) Drums near Hoist Building <br /> Drums near Hoist Building shall be inspected and contents identified. Drum that <br /> is overtopped shall be opened, inspected and re-seated and labeled. Contents of <br /> drum that have spilled shall be placed in"Used Oil & Soil"drum and area shall <br /> be cleaned. <br /> 7) Storage of useable materials <br /> -Drums containing useable materials shall be labeled and placed within the Water <br /> Treatment Building <br /> 8) Staging of materials for disposal <br /> -Materials to be removed from site shall be staged for orderly removal. Access <br /> must be maintained to the secondary containment area. <br /> 9) Inventory <br /> -All fluids/chemicals located at the site shall be inventoried and the location <br /> noted. This inventory shall be provided to CCMC/DRMS <br />
