The proposed mine is <br />known as the Hitch Rack Ranch Quarry and <br />is located predominantly in Section 16, <br />Township 16 South, Range 67 West, 6th <br />Prime Meridian. The quarry entrance will be <br />located near the intersection of Highway 115 <br />and Little Turkey Creek Road, approximately <br />10 miles south of Academy Boulevard on <br />Highway 115. <br />The proposed date of commencement is <br />January 1, 2017, and the proposed date of <br />completion is December 31, 2070. The pro- <br />posed future use of the land is wildlife <br />habitat.
