Portal “as-built” certification portal <br />stabilization and maintenance report. The report is a requirement stipulated by the Colorado <br />Mine Land Reclamation Board (Board) and as required by Colorado Division of Reclamation <br />Mining and Safety (CDRMS) (Division) <br /> <br />The technical scope of TR-1 included the following activities: <br /> <br />• Perform a geotechnical reconnaissance of the site, and submit a proposed design for <br />long- term stabilization and repair of the Access Portal and stabilization of the highwall <br />above the portal; <br /> <br />• Complete backfilling and stabilization of the Access Portal and highwall areas <br />including, if necessary, the installation of additional steel sets and/or other appropriate <br />stabilization techniques such as rock bolting or shotcrete application within the adit; <br />and, <br /> <br />• Begin removing approximately 5,000 cubic yards of rock or ore from the stope <br />accessed by the May Day No. 1 Portal to allow for the investigation and analysis of <br />the stope and adits for potential tailings disposal as set forth in Exhibit 6.5, and <br />tailings disposal to work with a third party mill to perform a pilot to develop and <br />optimize a milling process. (Wildcat Mining Corporation has removed mine site <br />tailings disposal processing tasks from the mining operation) Wildcat will move this <br />stockpiled rock and ore from the stope to a stockpile at the bench at the May. {Please <br />note tailings disposal and mill processing have been removed from the permit <br />application.) <br />: <br />In January of 2016 the Colorado Mined and Reclamation Board issued an order that TR-1 <br />be completed no later than July 1, 2016. <br />May Day No. 1 Site activities were completed on June 22, 2016. Upon TR-1 approval, <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation will initiate May Day 1 portal maintenance activities. <br />
