PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Elam Construction;556 Struthers Ave,Grand Junction,CO 81501 (970)-242-5370,has filed an application <br /> for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br /> Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the 5 Mile Ranch Pit, and is located at or near <br /> Section 33,Township 7S,Range 96W, 6"Prime Meridian. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is January 1, 2017, and the proposed date of completion is January <br /> 1, 2027. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland/Wildlife Habitat.
